At Thrivespace, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services with professionalism and care. We understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Refund Policy - the basics
Coaching Sessions
Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel or reschedule a session that is not part of the program or multi-session package with at least 24 hours' notice, you may choose to:

Request a full refund
If you have purchased a program or multi-session package, with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule at no additional charge, However, as these are offered as a package and on discounted prices, you are unable to request a refund after taking your first session unless agreed with the coach under individual circumstances. Please refer to Coaching Packages section for further information.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session or fail to attend, you will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion.
Coaching Packages
Unused Sessions: If you purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused sessions within 14 days of the first session. After 14 days, no refunds are available, but remaining sessions may be rescheduled.
Partially Used Packages: Refunds for partially completed packages are issued based on the full (non-discounted) rate of sessions already completed. The refunds are processed on case by case basis.
