My "Why": A Passion for People

​

I’ve always been drawn to people—their stories, their strengths, and the sparks that light them up. That’s what led me to coaching. I realized that my greatest fulfillment came not just from hitting business targets, but from mentoring my team members and watching them grow into confident, impactful leaders. Seeing them find their voice and navigate their career paths was the spark that led me to become a qualified career, corporate wellbeing, and executive coach.

 

But before that, I spent years thriving in the IT world, leading high-performing teams and projects at global giants like Microsoft and HSO and excelling in AI and digital transformation. I genuinely love technology—how it connects us, transforms industries, and sparks innovation. It was in the midst of leading these teams that I discovered my true passion: empowering talented professionals to achieve extraordinary success.
